About this project
Modeva is a boutique two-bedroom condo development on Phuket's south coast, a six-minute walk to Kata Beach and three minutes to the central restaurant strip. The developer is one we have worked with on a smaller Kata condo project that handed over on time in 2023 and is currently letting at 8.5% net through the on-site rental programme.
Two configurations: one-bedroom (62 units) and two-bedroom (28 units). The two-bedroom layouts on the upper floors look across the south coast toward the open Andaman.
Kata is the south-coast neighbourhood with year-round rental demand from a steady mix of leisure travellers, surfers in the green season, and longer-stay residents. Less peak-volatile than the central west-coast strip.
