Our team is on the island, not on a Zoom call. Every project on this page has been visited and photographed by our team within the last six months. If a developer's render looks better than the actual site, we will tell you before you ask.

Investment

Off-plan, with real yield and clear ownership.

8–10% indicative gross. Freehold for foreign buyers up to 49% of any condo building, leasehold (30 + 30 + 30) thereafter. We underwrite the developer's projection against three years of Phuket comparables before we recommend the unit, never after.

Conversation

We learn your budget, the timeline, and the aesthetic. Two or three matching projects come back within forty-eight hours, in your language.

Analysis & reservation

Materials, virtual tours, the financial breakdown, and the sale-purchase agreement reviewed by our Polish-licensed lawyer before you sign.

Site visit & construction

We organise a Phuket visit so you see the project, the neighbourhood, and the developer in person. After signing, video calls from the site whenever you want one.

Key handover

Inspection, snag list, finalisation, ownership transfer. We are present for each step and send full documentation in Polish and English.

Rental & yield

We hand the unit to a verified rental operator. They run the bookings; you receive the income. Quarterly statements, annual tax filing handled by our Thai accountant.
