About this project

A low-rise residence, eight hundred metres from Bang Tao Beach.

Hythe by Botanica sits on a quiet-side parcel two streets back from Boat Avenue, a six-minute walk to the beach and a four-minute drive to the Porto de Phuket retail strip. The developer is one we have worked with directly for three years; their previous Bang Tao project handed over on schedule in 2024 and is currently letting at nine percent net through the on-site rental pool.

One-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The two-bedroom configuration is the most common request from Polish buyers; three-bedrooms are limited (18 units across the whole development). All units include a private balcony, and the upper-floor penthouse pair has direct ocean lines from the master.
