About this project
Biancana is a six-villa development on the elevated headland north of Bang Tao Beach, set high enough to look across the bay and far enough back to feel quiet at night. The developer is the same Singapore-based group behind two completed Phuket villa projects we have walked through, both finished within four months of their stated dates and both currently letting at six and a half percent net through a private programme.
Three configurations: three-bedroom pool villas (four units), four-bedroom pool villas (one unit), and a single rooftop-pool unit at the southern end of the parcel. All villas are private, no shared pool deck, infinity edges aimed west toward the sunset.
We have walked the parcel three times and would happily live in any of the three configurations ourselves.

The Bang Tao headland sits on the elevated land at the northern end of the bay — the last to be developed. Quieter walk back from the main beach strip, fewer cars, a beach that fills less than the south end of Bang Tao.
The Polish buyers who choose the headland tend to be repeat investors, second or third Phuket purchase, looking for the lifestyle access without the noise.
